Lance Armstrong, Volunteers Help Louisiana And New Orleans
Bush announced that in April New Orleans would host the North American Summit of Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Governor Mitch Landrieu, the Habitat for Humanity and Lance Armstrong, the Olympic gold medal winner bicyclist, who developed cancer (and who is dedicating his life to help cure the disease) united in a way that personified the very words uttered by the President.
