Judge rejects La. congressman’s motion on change of venue

ALEXANDRIA, Va. (AP) -- A federal judge Friday rejected an effort by a Louisiana congressman charged with taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes to move his trial out of northern Virginia.
