Special election set to fill Jindal’s seat

WASHINGTON — Outgoing Gov. Kathleen Blanco on Tuesday set the dates for the special election to fill the vacancy of U.S. Rep. Bobby Jindal, R-Kenner, who was elected governor Oct 20.
