Runoff candidates ready to hit the trail again
Candidates for state agriculture commissioner and Louisiana’s attorney general spent Sunday preparing for the Nov. 17 runoff. Democrat incumbent Agriculture Commissioner Bob Odom, 72, was forced into a runoff with 48-year-old state Rep. Mike Strain, R-Covington, who has served in the Legislature since 1999.
