Jindal picks two to lead ethics panel

BATON ROUGE -- Gov.-elect Bobby Jindal appointed two former state legislators Thursday to head up an "advisory council" on ethics reform, and announced that eight other advisory teams will be formed in the days ahead to recommend policies and personnel in the lead-up to the new administration.
