Jena teen to be tried as juvenile
BATON ROUGE - District Attorney Reed Walters has agreed that Mychal Bell, one of the group of black teenagers labeled the "Jena Six," be tried as a juvenile, Gov. Kathleen Blanco said Wednesday evening.
