Citizens board yet to get new members

With controversy swirling around Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corp. and uncertainty created by the change in the governor's office, new appointments haven't been made to the board of the state-sponsored insurer of last resort, despite a legislative mandate to reduce insurance industry influence on the board that took effect three months ago.
