Among the votes cast this past week in Congress was a vote to lower College Student Loans and their allowable interest rates. This bill was called the “College Cost Reduction Act of 2007. How did they vote? Both Congressman Boustany AND Senator Vitter voted AGAINST this bill – Voting in favor were Senator Landrieu and Congressman Melancon.
