100 days ago, things were different in South Louisiana. Business was booming at Barrios Seafood Restaurant in Golden Meadow, a seafood broker in Pass Christian, Mississippi was getting ready for a busy summer after operating continuously for 80 years, and Plaquemines Parish President Billy Nungesser was planning his wedding.
